Frank came to New Zealand in 2003, at the beginning of the leaky building crisis. He is a registered Architect (registered in Germany) and a registered Building Surveyor with the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors. He is also a mediator and a member of LEADR, the Association of Dispute Resolvers.

Andrew graduated Architecture at Auckland University with first class honours in 2003. He has since worked in New Zealand, Canada and the UK on a range of projects from bespoke residential, commercial and industrial projects to an £150 mil regeneration scheme in London, before coming home and joining sectionONE.
